How to Make Healthy BANANA Apple Pear Smoothie


2 bananas, cup them in half throw in blender

Peal the apple and pear and cut

Cut into smaller pieces, easier to blend. (feel free to add more than just 1/2 apple/pear if you prefer more apple/pear taste)

Use 1-2 container (usually one is enough depends on how yogurty you want it) I used 2 in this case.

Only need about a handful of ice cubes

Pour yogurt in then add a tiny bit of water (half a cup) to make it easier to blend

Mesh the fruits and ice cubes down with a big scoop, close lid and blend
