How to make pizza from scratch

Combine warm water, yeast,sugar,and salt in a jug/bowl. Whisk with a fork to dissolve. Cover with a plastic wrap. Set aside a warm place for about 5 minutes, or until bubble appear on the surface

Sift flour into a bowl. Add yeast mixture and oil. Mix to form a soft dough. Turn onto a lightly floured surface. Kneed for 10 minutes

Use your fist to punch the dough down. Knead on a lightly floured surface until it's smooth.

Roll out to pan size. Add tomato paste for your base. Add your favourite toppings, today I have added mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. We cooked ours on a stove top for 15 minutes on low heat.
